The service that I have received so far has been excellent. I find everyone patient and non judgemental and put you are your ease so that you realise that you are not on your own or that your experience are felt by many people. I feel that the lives on between St David's team and clinical psychology very useful especially when I try to relay different thing to the psychology in a limited time of the appointment.

The person who visited my husband and myself-we thought, extremely efficient, caring and immediatley went into action.
Most kind and understanding and parhaps the were very well dedicated.

The referal and first visit were very prompt and theh nurse read 'dad' body language very well and immediately knew when he'd had enough.
One of her first comments were I can't change the end result but I can make sure you are totally comfortable.
You can ring me at any time and i'll come straight away. I feel completly confident leaving dad in her care.

l am unable to say how you can improve your service to me as l have found the St Davids nurse care and attention better than l could have hoped for- She was totally careing and considerate.
I hope t support St Davids as much as possible in the future.

This is in their of the questionnaire sent to my late husband who passed away on the 19th January 2014. I would like to say that the help I had from the St Davids Foundation, district nurses, Drailty team, G.Ps and care workers during my husbands long and difficult illness was second to none.
Made nursing him at home during his last minutes possible. I was grateful for all the help I recieved in a dignified manner. I'm nut sure that they could have done more.
Thank you.
The RGH Newport Panley Hospital Cambran were likewise most caring.

Excellent care!
St Davids have been totally professional, and yet extremely friendly, always address our needs, and always listen and treating us as human beings rather than just patients.
All care has been handled delicately, yet professional, I cannot praise St, Davids enough.
